Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. During busy seasons please allow 1-6 days for your order to be processed. All orders are shipped via the U.S Postal Service and take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive. Once items are shipped, Tracking numbers will be sent  to the email address provided with the purchase.

Returned Orders

Please be sure to include apartment/suite numbers in the shipping address if applicable. We are not responsible for any missed packages due to incomplete addresses. USPS will NOT deliver to incomplete addresses.If your address is incomplete, you will not receive your order and it will be returned back to us. All orders returned to us due to incomplete addresses will not be reshipped until the customer pays shipping fee. Kadiatou Bah is not held responsible for any lost items. Please make sure your address is updated and correct prior to completing the order. We are not responsible for delayed delivery due to mistakes on addresses. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Please note that international shipping takes 10-20 business days to arrive. We are not responsible for any delays or fees due to customs.
